There are few reasons lead to bubble as below:

When you laminating the OCA film,it is better that there are no bubble inside.If you find there are some bubble. You can put it into the bubble remove machine and remove the bubble.

When you put the glass cover into the mould, Please don't press the glass and just touch the middle of the glass cover when you take out the glass cover with the LCD.

Because it will lead to bubble that you can't remove;

3.  If there are too much bubble inside,you can increase the time when you put the LCD into the bubble remove machine.

4. If the bubble in the middle of the glass cover and the LCD.It is very difficult to remove. It depend on how's you laminating the OCA and touch the glass cover.
