Warranty
1. One year warranty from the day of purchase only if the products is still producing.
1-1 Items Damaged in Transit
The warranty is void if the product resulting from shipment breakdown. However we’re able to help told ship agency to lodge claims on behalf of your side. But formal and written proof must be given by you and follow.
1-2 Items Faulty on Arrival (within 7 calendar days to inform us or invalid)
A. Apperance Dot
Original packaging box looks good but inside machine with aperance dot, part refund or gifts with next order, which picture or video proof must be given.
B. Setup Problem or Work Effect
Video meeting will be arranged from techmate within 3 days.
C. Others Faulty
Fault items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. (Only EMS/POST shipment method can be adopted when need to return package or replace accessories)
Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
1-3 Items Faulty in Warranty Period (Within One year from the date when purchase and payment done)
A. Weight less than 3KG,
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's no more than 1 year since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. please return the items and contact us for address. Only EMS/POST shipment method can be adopted when need to return package or replace accessories.
B. Weight over than 3KG,
The replacement part for repair will be provided, which is subject to effective proof be given.
2. The warranty is invalid if goods are conforming to item’s description but not to customer’s expectation.
3. We are not responsible for any Custom issues.
4. Only the customer who’s cooperative could be entitled to the service or otherwise.
Return Policy
When the item is faulty or defective upon you receiving it, please take photos or video and describe your problem accurately and get contact with us in the shortest time. Response will be given within 24hours (weekend not included).

Claims must be made within the first 7 days of receiving your item.

Postage/handling charges are not refundable.
Please note: ITEM MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL & GOOD CONDITION AND PACKAGING.(not a slight scratch or mark allowed),or than corresponding fee would be deducted.
