Warranty
One year warranty from the day of purchase only if the products is still producing.
The conditions of warranty or refund are as follows:

Only EMS/POST shipment method can be adopted during RMA.

Any defective accessories assorted to be shipped for free along with your next order, which is subject to effective proof be given. (Customer is responsible for shipping/handling charges of sending to us. And we cover ship fee sending back.)

If the item need repaired, then a replacement part will be provided.

The warranty is invalid if the product has damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, unauthorized repair, modification, improper safe keeping, failure to following instructions, environmental & atmospheric disturbances, and Force Majeure (such as flood, fire, war, etc.)

The warranty is void if the product resulting from shipment breakdown. However we’re able to help look for an agency to lodge claims on behalf of your side. But formal and written proof must be given.

The warranty is invalid if goods are conforming to item’s description but not to customer’s expectation.

We are not responsible for any Custom issues.

Only the customer who’s cooperative could be entitled to the service or otherwise.
Return Policy
When the item is faulty or defective upon you receiving it, please take photos or video and describe your problem accurately and get contact with us in the shortest time. Response will be given within 24hours (weekend not included).

Claims must be made within the first 7 days of receiving your item.

Postage/handling charges are not refundable.
Please note: ITEM MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL & GOOD CONDITION AND PACKAGING.(not a slight scratch or mark allowed),or than corresponding fee would be deducted.
