How to Align lcd together with glass by lcd mould -- Cellphone Screen Refurbishment
The laminating technology is very easy. Because the Vacuum laminating machine is automaticly. But there is one problem as below:
Lots of bubble inside the screen after laminating the LCD. Even the bubble remove machine can not remove the bubble. So the most important thing is when you put the glass cover and LCD into the mould. The right gesture is that you should put the LCD into the mould first and then put the glass cover. Don't press the glass cover after you put them together. Just touch the middle of screen and taking out the screen by hand.If you do like that ,even the have the bubble inside, we also can remove it in the bubble remove machine.
So we have very care about some details. They will decide the laminating result.
