BGA Rework station is divided into 2 kinds. Suitable for SMD(BGA, QFP etc.) Repair, Support IC Chips Min Size. 2mm * 2mm.
 
One is the basic model, it is composed of hot air and infrared heaters, totally 3 heaters, top, and bottom hot air heaters and 3rd infrared heater. It’s top-selling for the personal workshop of economical!
